Noodles are a staple at Red Geisha's house aka Big Red AND at Liang MaMa's Kitchen. Their thick house-noodles are handmade and shaved just like old Grandma Daisy used to do it. A bowl of these noodles are super yummy, satisfying and perfect for the passionate noodle lover.
